Caroline Roberts

Registered Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach mBANT rCNHC

Caroline was lucky enough to grow up with home-cooked meals, which introduced her to a broad and delicious variety of foods. Unfortunately, her relationship with food altered during her teenage years and an incorrect balance of nutrients led to cravings and weight fluctuations.

It wasn’t until her late 40s and during her nutritional therapy training that Caroline truly understood how to balance nutrients for sustained energy, balanced mood and no more sugar cravings. This came as an immense relief to both her mind and body.

With a family history of heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and neurodivergence, Caroline now has a heartfelt passion for nutrition and prioritising health. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients with the knowledge that allows them to understand that healthful ageing is possible and doesn’t need to be complicated.

Caroline is also a qualified Health Coach. She is inspired daily by the power of coaching for lasting behaviour change and what it allows her clients to achieve. Through volunteer work with her local Diabetes UK support group, she is very aware of how little support type 2 diabetic and pre-diabetic patients receive. Caroline ensures that her clients feel heard, well supported, and guided with uncomplicated adjustments to their diet and lifestyle that enable them to achieve their health goals.

Caroline is passionate about her clients enjoying their food, searching out uncomplicated ideas and inspiration for them so that they feel excited about healthful meals that nourish and energise them.

“Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food, spoken by Hippocrates around 400 BC, this has never been more relevant” – Caroline
