After years of fluctuating energy, chronic stress, and a difficult relationship with food, Caroline made the decision to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist – a journey that transformed not only her professional direction but her own health and relationship with food. That personal experience now informs the depth of empathy she brings to every client.
Today, Caroline works with men and women to tackle the health concerns that feel urgent but often get dismissed or managed with medication – high cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood sugar imbalances, pre-diabetes, weight management, and a complicated relationship with food. Her clients have lowered their cholesterol and blood pressure, reversed pre-diabetes, improved HbA1c, and achieved sustainable weight loss – with or without GLP-1 medication.
For clients using weight-loss medication, Caroline ensures that strong nutrition and lifestyle foundations are in place – protecting muscle and supporting metabolic health – combined with behaviour change coaching techniques to ensure results last beyond the medication.
She combines evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle strategies, ensuring every recommendation is something you can actually implement. Known for her warm, down-to-earth style, Caroline brings empathy, humour, and patience to every consultation, so you feel genuinely heard from the very first appointment.
Alongside her core cardio-metabolic specialism, Caroline has completed additional training in clinical interventions for neurodivergent clients and disordered eating, as well as advanced programmes in body image interventions and nutritional therapy for eating disorders with The Eating Clinic. This allows her to support clients whose relationship with food is complicated, approaching every consultation without judgment and with a genuine understanding of how difficult that journey can be.
“Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food, spoken by Hippocrates around 400 BC, this has never been more relevant” – Caroline
Caroline volunteers with the Diabetes UK Guildford and Surrey Support Group and has provided health and wellness coaching at GP practices in London and online for a hospice in Cumbria, reflecting her commitment to making evidence-based nutrition support accessible beyond private practice.

Caroline holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with Distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Health Coaches Academy.
