Natalie began struggling with daily bloating, frequent headaches, constant nausea, severe PMS, fluctuating weight and low energy.
At the same time, rates of disease were on the rise. The connection between processed food, intense lifestyle, and declining health was undeniable.
With a family history of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, Natalie was conscious this could become her story too. It set her on a path to investing in her health, seeing a Nutritional Therapist and retraining to be one.
Now, she specialises in helping clients lose weight for the last time, reverse their type 2 diabetes and resolve their bloating in a realistic, manageable way. She prides herself on being client-focused, listening to how you feel and supporting you every step of the way. Health is true wealth and if we don’t take the time to look after our health now, we will be forced to in the future.
Following an early career in marketing, where her health reached an all-time low, Sally decided to pursue her dream of helping others and entering the world of wellness. She followed her heart and is currently training to be a Nutritional Therapist.
When it comes to health, Sally believes that balance and a holistic approach are key. Her ultimate goal is to support and guide others to find the unique solutions that allow them to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
