Blood Pressure Nutrition
High blood pressure (Hypertension), high homocysteine, and medication use
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle support to help you understand and support healthy blood pressure.
This 1-1 programme focuses on helping you understand the nutritional, metabolic, and lifestyle factors that influence blood pressure, so you can feel informed, supported, and more in control of your long-term cardiovascular health.
Does this sound like you?
- You’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure or told it’s “borderline” and needs monitoring
- You’re taking medication, but want to better understand what else influences your readings
- You feel unsure what dietary advice actually applies to blood pressure
- You want guidance that supports cardiovascular health without extreme or restrictive approaches
Truth is, medication manage a condition but the don’t address the underlying issues that got you to that diagnosis in the first place. They are still at play…
What this programme focuses on
This programme is all about understanding why your blood pressure is elevated and supporting the systems that influence your vascular and cardiovascular health.
We take a whole-body approach that looks at how nutrition, metabolic health, stress, sleep, inflammation, and lifestyle factors interact to affect blood pressure regulation.
This includes exploring factors such as sodium and potassium balance, nutrient status, insulin sensitivity, homocysteine levels, stress response, sleep quality, and overall cardiovascular risk.
What support looks like
We’re talking…
- A personalised nutrition plan designed to support healthy blood pressure and vascular function
- Interpretation of relevant blood tests and markers, including homocysteine, where appropriate
- Guidance on dietary patterns, nutrients, and lifestyle factors that influence blood pressure
- Practical strategies to support stress regulation, sleep, and daily resilience
- Ongoing appointments to review progress, refine your plan, and build confidence over time
