How the experts do intermittent fasting

Intermittent Fasting continues to be a method for achieving weight loss, mental clarity and better energy. But with so many different ways of fasting, how are you meant to choose which way to approach time without food?

Natalie talks to Marina Gask for i Newspaper about how she approaches fasting.

What wasn’t included in the article but Natalie discusses with Marina was that for her, the importance is checking in on how you feel and how hungry you are before eating. So often we eat because the clock tells us to but we do not need food at that time. This method as well as becoming more metabolically flexible has been key to enabling Natalie to go longer without food.
