With the rise in popularity of understanding your blood sugars and using a CGM to monitor your blood sugar fluctuations, it’s no surprise supplements to prevent this ‘spike’ hit the market, too.

But are these supplements worth the money? Do they actually work? And what do you really need to do to settle those ‘glucose spikes’?
