Not feeling hungry in the mornings? Here’s what your lack of appetite is telling you

We’re always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what if you’re just not hungry first thing in the morning? Your body could be trying to tell you something.

A healthy, balanced breakfast can improve concentration, boost energy levels and kickstart metabolism, among other benefits. Yet only two-thirds of Brits eat breakfast, with many of us simply not feeling hungry when we wake up. But should we be concerned by our lack of hunger in the mornings, or are some of us just built differently?

Natalie spoke to Anna Bartter about the reasons you may or may not be hungry first thing in the morning and what to do about it.
