There’s no avoiding it – our bodies require water to stay alive. The rule of 3 in medicine is that we can survive 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water and 3 minutes without air. That puts water right up the top of the list when it comes to health prioritise.

Natalie spoke to Lynsey Hope from The Sun newspaper ready for hydration week (did you know what was a thing?) about ways our bodies lose water every day, how much we need to keep ‘topped-up’, and symptoms of dehydration to look out for.
