Integral Wellness was founded by Natalie, following a decade in a highly pressured corporate environment where the effects of poor nutrition, lack of sleep, high stress and an overreliance on sugar, caffeine and alcohol were very apparent. 

As a nation, more and more medications are being prescribed – but no one is getting any better!

To add to that, we’re surrounded by a dominating food industry and a very confusing wellness industry. The need for convenience as we race from one day to the next has detached us from the connection between food, lifestyle and health.
