Weight Loss & GLP-1 Nutrition

With or without medication support

Personalised nutrition and lifestyle support to help you achieve sustainable weight loss and overall health, whether you’re using GLP-1 medications or going it alone.

This 1-1 programme focuses on helping you implement practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies and develop habits that support health, weight management, and long-term wellbeing, during treatment, after, or without medication.

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re using or considering GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro and want nutrition guidance that complements treatment
  • You’re concerned about side effects, nutritional gaps, or maintaining results long-term
  • You’ve tried dieting or weight loss strategies before, but struggled with consistency or sustainability
  • You want a personalised, evidence-based plan that works for your lifestyle and goals

We know weight loss journeys are not easy and we believe you deserve a holistic approach to your support and success.

What this programme focuses on

This programme is about supporting weight management in a way that’s safe, sustainable, and tailored to you.

We focus on understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, and behaviour change interact with weight, metabolic health, and medication use. You’ll learn strategies to optimise satiety, energy, and nutrient intake, and reduce reliance on short-term fixes.

Our approach includes nutrition guidance tailored to your body, goals, and any medications, support for managing side effects, nutrient gaps, and hunger cues, and practical lifestyle adjustments to support energy, sleep, and overall well-being.
